MORE BUILDING PERMIT DATA, MORE FLEXIBILITY
COLLEGE STATION (Real Estate Center) – We've made it easier than ever for you to use our building permit data. Not only that, we've increased the amount of monthly data available.
For years, the Center's website has included building permit data for all states, Metropolitan Statistical Areas and Texas counties. Now, a new data file download is available to help users conduct in-depth analyses and incorporate the data into presentations.
"They can easily open this file in Excel for further analysis or use the data to help create graphs and charts," said Mark Baumann, the Center's information technology director.
And, in response to requests Baumann has received for monthly building permit data that goes back further than January 2010, the site now provides users access to 15 additional years of monthly data.
To download a file with the additional data, click the "download" link beneath the data table.
