  About a REALTOR®

Hello San Antonio!

Roman Alfaro and Randy Watson, San Antonio Real Estate Agents and REALTORS®, have teamed up with Mission Realty

Buying a home or investing in commercial properties are among the largest purchases and biggest decisions of your life. The first thing to do is to find a Texas Real Estate Agent you trust and makes you feel comfortable.

Choosing your Texas Real Estate Agent is easy! ... the team of Roman Alfaro and Randy Watson! We are committed to the highest of ethical standards and backed by a strong team of professionals at MISSION REALTY.

Our responsibilities to you are to:

· Carefully listen to you, the client, regarding your needs and concerns and to be fully informed on the conditions relevant to the listing, marketing, sale, or purchase of a new home.

· Provide current information on the market conditions in a manner that is understandable and truly helpful to you, the buyer or seller.

· Provide forthright advice and service on matters that are appropriate to my professional responsibilities regarding the marketing, sale, or purchase of your property.

· Finally, protect and represent the interests of you, (the client, whether buyer or seller, under a contract) while all parties are treated with fairness and respect, and to strive to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the fairness of any transaction.

Until recent years, virtually all real estate agents involved in a given transaction worked for the seller. However, a growing number of today's home buyers are choosing to be represented by a "buyer's agent." In contrast to traditional agents, a buyer's agent represents the buyer in the real estate transaction. In Texas the prospective buyer must make the choice as whether to be represented as a "client" or as a "customer" of the broker. The Texas Real Estate Commission requires an Information About Brokerage Services form be provided to all potential customers and clients. This "agency disclosure" form is in no way a contract.

Should you decide to obtain a "buyer's agent" relationship with an agent you would be considered a client and your best interests will be forefront between yourself and the agent.

Not deciding upon a "buyer's agent" relationship with an agent makes you a customer, therefore, the agent would represents the seller's best interests.

All REALTORS® are required to treat everyone honestly and fairly regardless of whom they represent.

In the event you have additional questions or issues, please don't hesitate to ask me or contact the Broker in Charge, Peter DiBenedetto at 210-687-9959.
