Mission Realty rebates 25% of real estate commission received back to eligible Veterans and members of the FRONT-Line Defenders Program that buy a home exclusively through Roman Alfaro and Randy Watson of Mission Realty.

In addition to the substantial rebate on commission; both programs have teamed up with a variety of community minded San Antonio Real Estate professionals to offer lower rates, preferred pricing and discounts on such services as mortgage loans, home inspections, and home hazard insurance.

The FRONT-Line Program is now available to active and retired Firefighters, Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians, Law Enforcement Officers, Corrections Officers, Registered Nurses, and Texas certified schoolteachers. The MILRIP program is open to Active Duty, Reservists and Retired military personnel. Mission Realty respects and knows that these hard-working people protect the lives, children, and property of San Antonio, and is using these programs to say “thank you!”

Military Relocation Incentives Program (MILRIP)

For the Uniformed Services of the United States, don’t feel left out, we offer identical benefits to you through the MILRIP program.

We support our troops

· You must be represented by Roman Alfaro or Randy Watson of Mission Realty to be eligible for the FRONT-Line Defenders Program or the Military Relocation Incentives Program (MILRIP).
· Participants must sign a Buyer Broker Representation Agreement with agents Roman Alfaro and Randy Watson of Mission Realty.
· You are not required to use our recommended lenders, inspectors or insurance agents, etc; however, other providers may not offer any discount of services.
· The rebate usually must be applied as a credit towards your closing costs, your pre-paid expenses, sales price and/or your down payment.
· MILRIP and FRONT-Line Defenders Programs may not be combined
· Consult with your lender; other restrictions may apply.

·Program available to Fire Fighters, Paramedics, EMTs, Law Enforcement Officers, Correctional Officers, Nurses and Teachers.

·MILRIP Program available to (active duty, reservists and retired) Military.

Program Highlights
