The Washington Post has ranked Churchill High School one of the best high schools in the country. Churchill ranks 320 among the 27,000 high schools in the country; far ahead of most other area high schools. This ranking is based upon AP test performance. This past year, 798 Chargers took 1847 AP exams. Our students earned passing scores on almost 60% of the AP tests taken which is well above the state passing rate and on par with the global passing rate. Principal Vaughan is proud of our student’s accomplishments along with the hard work and dedication of our teachers.
For the past six years, every Churchill graduate has been accepted into college! That's 100% of the graduates, who have walked the stage, continuing their education!
